Idaho Home Visiting Program
The Idaho Home Visiting program helps parents and caregivers raise children who are physically, socially, and emotionally healthy and ready to learn. Expectant parents and parents of young children are paired with a designated home visitor; typically a trained nurse, social worker, or other early childhood professional. There are currently 8 funded programs across the state, one in each Health District and one nonprofit, Bannock Youth Foundation.
